Crucial Information for Your Pirate Voyage:
To ensure your adventure is perfect from start to finish, please note:
- Itinerary: Check-in begins at 5:00 PM, boarding starts at 5:55 PM, and the grand finale of the night is approximately at 9:30 PM.
- Dock Fee: Please be aware of a small fee of $20 USD or $400 MXN per person. This fee applies to all categories, with the exception of the Little Pirate package. Payment is made at the ticket office with official identification.
- Optional Transportation: If needed, we offer a convenient private round-trip transportation service, which can be quoted directly at the ticket office. The price varies depending on the zone, total passengers, and vacation season.
- Languages: Our show is fully bilingual (Spanish and English), and we always have special activities for our little crew members.
- Availability and Pricing: We are ready to welcome you all year round (subject to possible closures for special events/charters). All our public rates include VAT and are valid from June 4 to December 30, 2025.
